Estonia sure has its fair share of crooks for such a small country. Perhaps Eddy should make sure his own records are clean. Reply to the comment answer

I think the behave is understandable and explainable. Doesn't mean that all this is tolerable and one might want to think now and then to pull someone's hair out, but let's just relax and let them go figure out the limits by themselves.

See, it has been done now for many years here and elsewhere to advise and guide them, but this just caused that some people become more introverted, meanwhile others just let out their pressure in hatred with a lack of self control.

If one don't want to learn from the experience of others and thinks they know everything already, then one can still learn from self-awareness.

Also, I do think that the youth of today will no longer accept a caste system in the nearby future.

Estonians will never change. Honorable work is an alien concept to them. Soviet times also is just an excuse. "Whaa we were poor, whaa so now we want jaguars and luxury at all cost". Most eastern bloc people are very arrogant retards who look down up on the average hard working westerner be it a farmer or a shoe salesman.

I wouldn't say that "most eastern bloc people are very arrogant retards". To my observations, there is one half that is unproductive, but this drains down the achievements of the other half that is very productive.

What I just often see is the lack of ethics and adequate communication skills. Not an excuse to not change that behave, but as an explanation:

During Soviet times social and communication skills was not requested and most people in Estonia in their working age grew up under that system, were jobs were assigned from a centralized political system, and were you actually did not have to be productive. In fact, one could be a complete wanker, unless you agreed on all assignment of tasks that were dictated to you and if you was in a good standing with the one and only party that is always right (de facto at least).

Therefore, you got some sort of the essentials that was required to survive (if available and the goods were not out of order again due to wrong state-directed economy.

But Soviet mentality and capitalism mixed together is a toxic environment as two very different culture clash here - this doesn't work just like that (for some).

However, it was especially the West, that required a radical and rapid transformation of the system.

Well known about the side effects that are now discharge slowly, for example, deterioration of relations with Western foreigners and local people. Some people feel being overwhelmed, the others betrayed.
