Liberalised electricity market to offer little choice for households

But Estonia is NOT Scandinavia and the vast majority of infrastructure is old Soviet construction.

The only reasons why Estonian prices need rise is the government taxing electricity more heavily, jacking up network fees without renewing any of the infrastructure & subsidising pointless & stupid "renewables".

All told a MASSIVE rip-off with only downsides. Reply to the comment answer

I tend to agree as two third of my electricity invoice alone is made of network fees.
