And according to Reform's website, Remo is a political consultant to them:

Sounds like a cookie-cutter campaign to me. What is also quite strange here, that these consultants are typically in the media all over the place as part of their job and to make its mark in politic, but I never heard about them.

However, isn't there an Association of Political Consultants in Estonia?

Or maybe EAPC has some information on them and their actual activities:
