Lawyer: state should make its laws available also in Russian

What a splendidly good idea! It surely is in Estonia's interest to help integrate the Russian population and while it is easy for expats to find English versions of the law, so why cannot a Russian speaking resident have easy access to a Russian version? Reply to the comment answer

Very well. Why at all then the Russians have to learn Estonian language? Let us make a two language country: Russian and Estonian.

Learning a language in order to able to interact on a day to day level and learning to such a level that one can understand complicated legal text are two different things.

The ONLY common language to all of the Baltic states is Russian.

It also happens to be poverty stricken,with a mass exodus of skilled young generation labour.

Strangely the politics of all of them is designed for it to continue this way.
