Brave Capital to invest 100 million euros in property

Barenholm Ltd, a company owned b investment company Brave Capital, has acquired two properties in central Tallinn on Adamson and Sakala streets.

The company said that this is part of its plan to invest about 100 million euros in real estate and currently operating businesses.

Veljo Kuusk, board member of Brave Capital, said that Barenholm paid a favourable price for the two properties.

“We expect the value of the land to go up along with neighbouring properties, while it is also possible that we will ourselves develop something,” added Kuusk.

Kuusk said that the company planned to invest between 10 and 20 million euros this year in real estate in Tallinn, Pärnu and Haapsalu.

Brave Capital is the investment company founded on Estonian and foreign capital and dealing with purchase of assets and shares and providing financial support to different projects. In less than two years Brave Capital has made portfolio investments with the total value of over 30 million euros. In total, at the first stage the company intends to invest 100 million euros in real estate and currently operating businesses.
