Estonia's national airline Estonian Air and Air France started this week a code share cooperation on Paris-Tallinn route, the company said in a statement.

Estonian Air will operate the route with six weekly frequencies on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.

"Establishing code-share cooperation with one of the biggest airlines in the world is important for developing Estonian Air's operations and executing its strategy. The cooperation of Estonian Air and Air France allows us to operate the flights on Tallinn-Paris route with high frequencies throughout the year and offer to our customers' good connectivity into and from Air France global network," said Rauno Parras, the CCO of Estonian Air.

"This agreement paves the way for new development opportunities on the Estonian market. Thanks to these six weekly flights, and the two existing daily flights in code-share with KLM, customers will benefit from connections to 230 destinations worldwide from our two hubs in Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam-Schiphol," stated Antoine Pussiau, SVP Europe & North Africa Air France KLM.
